What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to demand the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time.

Personal data will not be transmitted to third parties except for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g., communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the responsible party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Zoundhouse Dresden GmbH & Co.KG
Meschwitzstraße 6
01099 Dresden

E-Mail: info@zoundhouse.de

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Storage Period

Unless a specific storage period has been mentioned within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you have asserted a justified request for deletion or revoked your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data.

Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

In the case of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also based on Art. 49 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to the access to information in your end device, data processing is additionally based on § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG.

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent already given at any time. For this, an informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

If the data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy.

If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims (objection according to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR).

If your personal data are processed to operate direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for the purpose of direct advertising (objection according to Art. 21 Para. 2 GDPR).

Right of Appeal to the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of violations of data protection law, the data subject has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of data protection officers and their contact details can be found at the following link: www.bfdi.bund.de.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you demand the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, Blocking, Deletion, Notification

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient, and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

If you have asserted the right to correction, deletion, or restriction of processing against us, we are obliged to communicate this correction or deletion of the data or restriction of processing to all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients by us.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the examination, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data happened / happens unlawfully, you can demand the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to exercise, defend, or assert legal claims, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have lodged an objection according to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your and our interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests outweigh, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to us.

The data sent to us by you via contact inquiries will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed).
