Celebrate 50 Years of Iconic Phase Shifting with the Limited Edition Golden Small Stone from Electro-Harmonix. For this funky reissue, we recreated the original 1970s circuit to deliver the smooth and sweet phase shifter sound loved by millions and heard on countless records.
As fate would have it, just before the 50th anniversary of our original compact phaser, the Small Stone, we were able to source a supply of now-obsolete NOS CA3094 chips—the same ones used in the original circuit. With enough chips available for 600 units, we set out to build an authentic classic using original components, housed in a special gold enclosure to celebrate the effect’s 50-year legacy.
