Die SE Custom 24 bringt die ursprüngliche PRS-Designplattform in die hochwertige, erschwinglichere SE-Instrumentenreihe. Die SE Custom 24 wird von international tourenden Künstlern und aufstrebenden Musikern gespielt. Sie verfügt über eine Ahorndecke, einen Mahagoni-Boden, einen breiten, dünnen Ahornhals, ein Palisander-Griffbrett mit Vogel-Inlays und die von PRS patentierte Molded Tremolo Bridge. Die vielseitigen Sounds kommen von den 85/15 "S"-Pickups, die mit einer Lautstärkeregelung, einem Push/Pull-Tonregler und einem 3-Wege-Blade-Pickup-Wahlschalter ausgestattet sind.
